Ok, here comes a veeeeery short list of somatic symptoms and their causes. Of course only most popular are mentioned. From the top of the head: Loosing hair. In some very rare cases it might be caused by strong depression. But most likey this is chronic deficiency of iron or zinc. If iron level is normal, check zinc very carefully - it goes down especially in case of hypothyroidism and it's hard to refill until the disfunction of thyroid is cured. Dandruff, especially very strong one. If you have it, be sure that something is wrong. It might be decreased level of the natural resistance, disfunction of the skin (caused by, for example, a lack of zinc or omega 3 acids), it might be a candida infection caused by eating sugar or drinking cola. Psiorasis of face skin, skin around ears, excessive ear wax - usually lack of the omega 3 balance, sometimes problems with zinc or vitamin A. It might be caused by the lack of group B vitamins - if such occurs, it points out problems with the digestion. Ringing and snapping in ears - in most cases hypothyroidism, rarely brain infections, such as neuroboreliosis - or simply lack of potassium Dry eye syndrome - usually caused by using a computer more than 5 hours / day (remember to blink if you do so), but might be lack of zinc, vitamin D3, A or Omega 3 acids. Sneezing all the time, especially after waking up - check for allergy. In some rare cases it might be a chronic infection, for example staphylococcus. Increasing immune response should do the trick in this case. Dry lips - usually the lack of vitamins, especially from group B, but it might be symptoms of dehydration, for example caused by diarrhea, or by lack of iron, or omega 3 acids. Chronic sore throat - it might be allergy, might be caused by septum, staphylococcus infection. But in most cases it's chronic deficiency of omega 3, sometimes problems with zinc, vitamin A, E and D. Chronic pain of neck, flu-like syndrome - some chronic diseases, such as - for example - lyme. But usually it's so called chronic fatigue syndrome. No one knows the cause of chronic fatigue syndrome, but suspects are some kind of virues, bat diet habits or... using computer longer than 5 hours / day. Feeling like our heart stop for a second then works again - usually magnesium deficiency (and, following, deficiency of potassium). Sometimes sodium deficiency. Couching all the time - causes are similar as for sore throat, but with higher probability of allergy. Very often caused just by neurosis. Bubbling and other sensations inside tummy - check pancreas enzymes and liver, check stomach too. It might be caused by some parasites, candida infection. Might be caused by lack of omega 3 or / and zinc (without them your body cannot create proper enzymes). Sometimes caused by swallowing of air (common in neurosis). Constipations - check thyroid hormones Diarrhea - as for bubbling. Backbone pain - usually caused by lifestyle (lack of activity, computer), sometimes by lack of vitamin D (avoiding the sunlight) or bad diet habits which might cause low level of calcium. Cold feet and hands - thyroid, then check blood (morphology), then check veins, and finally - try to eat healthy for at least one month (including omega 3). Joints problems - check for the magnesium deficiency symptoms, glucose level in blood or other deficiences. Sometimes it might be caused by life habits. If you feel strong pain - check for joints diseases, such as Lyme. Problems with fingernails - sorry, there are too much causes to mention even few of them. Just be sure that they usually point out the chronic diseases or malfunctions. Unpleasant body odour - zinc, sometimes magnesium or omega 3, some chronic mycosis (for example candida). Increased temperature - chronic diseases, such as viral, bacteria or fungi infection, if you have some flu-like symptoms. Decreased temperature - thyroid hormones, nearly for sure Bruises after light contusions - might be magnesium deficiency |
